Important Information

All veneer procedures may involve tooth preparation (prepping). Preparation may be minimal or more aggressive depending on:

• the patient’s natural tooth anatomy
• bite / occlusion
• tooth alignment or spacing
• cosmetic smile goals

The level of preparation required will be determined by the dentist during the consultation and treatment planning process.

Because every patient’s anatomy is different, final results may vary depending on:

• spacing or crowding
• bite position
• gum health
• natural tooth structure

CUSTOM DENTAL GRILLZ

Treatment Timeline

Some procedures require healing time before final restorations can be completed.

Important

If extractions are performed prior to veneers or other restorations, healing typically takes 2–3 weeks before final impressions can be taken.

This healing period is necessary to ensure proper fit and long-term success of your restorations.

OUR POLICIES

Consultation & Payment Policy

To schedule a consultation, a $50 booking deposit is required to secure your appointment.

At the time of your appointment, a $150 consultation and examination fee will be due.

Consultation appointments may include:

• dental exam
• treatment recommendations
• smile design discussion
• evaluation of treatment options

Deposits, consultations, and examination fees are non-refundable.

The $50 booking deposit will be applied toward the consultation fee at the time of your appointment.

Moving Forward With Treatment

If a patient decides to proceed with treatment, the payment structure is as follows:

• 50% deposit is required to begin treatment
• Remaining 50% balance is due at the seating appointment

The initial treatment deposit allows us to begin:

• treatment planning
• laboratory fabrication
• clinical preparation and scheduling

Appointment Policies

To maintain a professional and efficient treatment environment, we ask that patients follow these guidelines:

• Patients must attend appointments alone. No additional guests or companions are permitted during treatment appointments.

• Patients must arrive without makeup during cosmetic treatment appointments to allow for accurate smile design and facial analysis.

• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to avoid delays in treatment.

They are not guaranteed final results.

Final restorations are designed according to the patient’s actual dental anatomy, bite, and clinical requirements.

Treatment & Refund Policy

Dental procedures involve time, professional services, materials, and laboratory fabrication.

Once treatment has begun, refunds are no longer available for services that have already been performed.

Procedures considered initiated or completed include but are not limited to:

• dental exams
• X-rays
• extractions
• tooth preparation
• impressions
• temporary restorations
• laboratory case initiation
• treatment planning

If a patient chooses not to continue with a portion of their treatment plan, refunds may only apply to services that have not yet been performed or fabricated.
